Uzbekistan Practical Shooting Federation at the 3rd All-Russian Arms Forum in Moscow
The Uzbekistan Practical Shooting Federation (UzPSF) took part in the 3rd All-Russian Arms Forum, which was held in Moscow and dedicated to Gunsmith Day.
The Forum brought together a wide range of participants: weapons manufacturers, representatives of law enforcement agencies, sports federations, and public organizations. Key issues related to the development of the arms industry, shooting sports, and improvements to firearms legislation were discussed.
The main topics of the Forum included:
sustainable development of shooting infrastructure as an element of national security;
simplification of requirements for shooting facilities;
development of the licensing system and introduction of new approaches to firearm ownership terms;
taxation issues within the arms sector;
revision of regulations governing hunting and less-lethal firearms.
An important part of the event was an exhibition showcasing modern equipment, protective gear, individual armor elements, medical products, and accessories. The “Gunsmith of the Year” competition was also held.
For the Uzbekistan Practical Shooting Federation, participation in the Forum was a valuable experience. We not only familiarized ourselves with current trends in shooting sports and firearms culture, but also established new contacts that will contribute to the development of the Federation and the strengthening of international cooperation.
